Jennifer Rice

Jenny Rice leads talent acquisition at Attain Talent, overseeing strategy, operations, and a high-performing recruiting team. She brings deep experience across GovCon, higher education, nonprofit, and commercial sectors, with a track record of building scalable recruiting functions that deliver results.

Previously, Jenny led recruiting at Attain and Maximus, where she supported rapid team growth and launched a full-service recruiting line that evolved into Attain Talent. She specializes in executive search and advisory services, helping clients hire with speed, quality, and mission alignment.

Jenny holds a B.A. in Communications from Bethany College.
